In the last 3 decades this college, located in one of the coolest cities in the US, went from a secretarial college to one of the top 4 year secondary educational institutions in the USA for their media, tech and game development degrees, but they also provide meaningful masters programs. We just needed to tell folks about them in the right way at the right time. We created a media advertising plan that identified prospective students for each unique program.
