Vermont faces a significant shortage of affordable, high-quality child care options. These really good people wanted a plan that would raise awareness in communities, organizations, businesses and individuals to create positive lasting change that will allow all of our children to succeed in life. The first goal was reached when the governor signed into legislation the Blue Ribbon Commission

Sometimes you need to let your neighbors know all the good things you do that may not be so obvious. This was a community minded plan to remind Vermont residents that UVM is in their backyard doing meaningful research, supporting niche programs across the state and mostly being pretty humble about it.
